Tucked away from the main road in Hudson Valley, NY, this 2,000 SF new build overlooks a beautiful pond that is currently on the property. This modern farmhouse project has an open floor plan and tall cathedral ceilings throughout. 2 bedrooms, 1 and a 1/2 bathrooms, and an office reside on the first floor, while a large master suite occupies the entirety of the second floor. There is not only a large attached 2 and a 1/2 car garage, but the client also asked for an additional 3 car detached garage.

We had free range on this project when it came to the visual renderings. We ran with the cozy modern farmhouse aesthetic with light colors accentuated with natural wood tones and the occasional dark accent color.
