This neo-classic revival building is located in Buffalo, NY. It was designed by Frederick Mohr and built in 1895. Now owned by Andrew McLellan who has turned the first floor into a studio and office space. This building has a rich history and we have worked closely with McLellan and the KTA Preservation specialists to obtain Historic Tax Credits. We have also played a part in getting Precinct 13 registered as a historic landmark with the preservation board.
